Hello International Customers!

All international packages are sent via DHL or GLS. Packages are always insured and all packages must be signed for when delivered.

Packages take 7 to 9 days to arrive at their destination (although occasionally there are hold-ups at customs which is out of our control). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are determined by weight & destination. You can always place an order and then opt not to continue with it once shipping costs are established. Please be aware that your order can only ship to the billing address of your credit card.

All orders outside the European Union are VAT free! You save 19% german VAT!
